Small precious residential complex, composed by one building with 3 levels, 37×17 mt in plan and 9,50mt high. The geometry born from a module which repeats itself alternating with balconies and stairways that give movement and harmony to the composition.
The structure is composed by walls, colomns, beams and ceilings in concrete. The foundation is made in concrete too and it is characterized by beams’ trellis and ventilation between them. Stairs to reach the lastone floor are made with shelf step attached to a strong wall in the middle. We used the Isokorb thermal and structural joints of the Shoeck to buld all the balconies and to eliminate thermal bridges.
